Responsible for European Sales and Marketing of a range of Tachograph peripherals manufactured by Tachosys. Building and managing the reseller channel, feeding into the development process.

Ran the UK operation of this specialist software manufacturer with offices based in the UK and USA. helpIT Systems specializes in data management applications including; deduplication, data warehousing, data suppression and Mailsort. Large range of prestigious clients requiring ongoing support and add on services. Helped the company achieve greater profitability and a wider market.

Helped to facilitate the merger of Chase Response and ICLP staff and systems. Built a new internal IT Operations team to support this rapidly growing worldwide organisation. Made major improvements to internal systems, security and telecommunications. Ran the first SEO project for the group.

Founder partner of Chase Response which went onto be an award winning outsourced call centre operation. Sold to ICLP Plc in 2000.
