My contributions are as follows: -Generated replication incompetent Adenovirus-HBV (Ad-HBV) construct for use in a mouse model of acute HBV infection. -Wrote and optimized protocols for serum cytokine ELISAs and multiplex assays using the Meso Scale Diagnostics (MSD) platform. -Designed and optimized a novel AST activity assay that adapted clinical lab methods for use on microplates, resulting in reduced costs, lower required sample volumes, and faster analysis.
