Coming from a very competitive background in Management/Training in the food service industry, and Supply Chain. My work ethic, drive and dependability is the foundation of my work experiences. Through my work experience in management in the food service industry coupled with a family background in steel, I have acquired a persuasive technique that are needed to influence internal and external customers in making the right decisions quickly. With this said these skills have enabled me to effectively diffuse problem situations with both internal and external customers and maintain a healthy long-term client base. My leadership skills are seasoned as I can communicate and gain the trust from a very diverse population of all age groups.
