Report directly to COO for new product functionality, development and deployment. Responsible for all phases of product development and release in new Wireless/RFID Network solutions in regards to creation of product stability and deployment. Responsible for flow and procedures in all areas of Manufacturing Testing through Product Launch in accordance with companies Product Development Life Cycle.Developed product release and compatibility requirements with customers IT/Operations/Loss Prevention management teams for Wireless/RFID Network Loss Prevention Solution deployment.Developed and implemented a go-to-market strategy for RF Solutions, including 3rd party partnerships that began with 2 US retailers and 10 sites and has grown to over 12 major retailers and 200+ sites a year.Low Voltage Contractors Licenses - Active in CA, NV, AZ, and FLReported to Executive Management on issues and pertinent changes affecting new product releases and pilot/beta installations

Develop and coordinate National customer contracts with the Sales team for more than 6 National Accounts. Manage projects as large as 1 year over 600 sites to as small as 2 months and 8 sites. Oversee all documentation that is created and sent to the field for use as guidelines as well as all documentation to be used and needed for completion of the projects. Manage all billing requirements and the process of each contracts specific billing needs.

Primary contact for implementation documentation for the deployment of products into customer networks. Responsible for network design validation, pre-staging, pre-configuration, deployment planning and acceptance of Cisco product. Provided technical guidance to customers and internal project managers. Project manager for projects in research and development, early field trials and pilot installations for process development for new solutions. Supervised the configuration and deployment center of building broadband network solutions for the Cisco acquisition, CAIS Software. Successfully ramped up production from 20 to 200 network solutions per month in just one quarter with 0 overhead increases.

Responsible for data tracking and analysis of manufacturing yields and failure data in regards to daily production efforts and New Product Introduction. Analyzed and provided feedback to department Managers and Directors on production yields and CPK analysis. Key member of the Information Systems Planning Team responsible for planning and designing specifications and writing requests for factory information improvement between Manufacturing, Repair, Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and the Computer Information Management (CIM) Groups. Developed and documented process flows and procedures for ISO 9002 and ISO 14001 compliance.
