• During my time, I worked on various Westconnex sites providingassistance with the development of a number of projects.• I was part of the preparation of reinforced concrete structures to help support dive sites, cut and cover areas• I was also part of a team mounting and installing overhanging directional signage, sensors, cameras, jet fans, ventilation and real time traffic monitoring systems.• Working as part of the Final Lining crew on the M5 motorway tunnel, my experience has helped support various tasks such as soft ground reinforcement, waterproofing and much more.• Over the past 15 months I’ve been running a crew of 8 workers on waterproofing duties, this has meant delegating, organising and preparing work areas and working closely with shift bosses, engineers, surveyors and supervisors.• I’ve also been working alongside TBM operators, Bolters and shotcreters, helping and supporting on a daily basis.• Driving Moxys, operating EWPs and other machinery is all part of my daily working day.
