- I lead a staff of 12 employees for the front end of my store and another 20 employees in the pharmacy. - I am responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, rewarding, disciplining, and appraising the performance of store associates. - I lead associates through successful objectives to drive sales, profits, and provide superior customer service.- The store I manage has the highest amount of sales in its region. - I insure that the store adheres to all regulatory, compliance legislation, and policies. - I manage the store's vendor relationships.- I work hard to maintain all budgeting requirements including sales, margin, labor, expenses, and P&L and ensure EBITDA and income are achieved. - I make sure that my store is a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for my customers and associates. ◦ Responsibilities included running level loops, uploading and downloading data to the data collector, reading survey plans and running GPS equipment.◦ Experience with using the robotic instrument for various functions in the field.◦ I did multitudes of GPS work for the county for remonumentation and many grade certifications.◦ I worked with field crews who utilize (GPS) technology and data collection to do out side field and surveying work.◦ Ability to use conventional surveying equipment such as rods, chains, tripods, levels, and tribrachs.◦ I worked for sustained periods of time maintaining concentrated attention to detail in highly analytical situations requiring an extremely high degree of accuracy.◦ I have been involved in construction layout for commercial, residential, city streets, airports, prisons, and many more.◦ I am a team player and have excellent communication skills with my crew chiefs, project managers, and foreman.
