Our company was founded in 1961 and is comprised of 45 employees on a permanent basis at our Clifton New Jersey Office, and our installation forces vary in accordance with project demands.A majority of our projects are on a privately negotiated basis as both designers and installing mechanical contractors on fixed fee basis. As a group, our experience includes all phases of process piping, heating, plumbing and air conditioning from standard commercial office buildings to strict temperature humidity and control systems such as super clean room applications as required in the aerospace and pharmaceutical industries as well as certified welders on process piping installations.Our staff has the capabilities to perform engineering in New Jersey, and also maintains the necessary state plumbing licenses and credentials. In addition to our mechanical contracting facility in Clifton, we maintain a Service Division, which offers 24-hour service and replacement parts for eleven major manufacturers. Our service technicians and installation personnel, including steamfitters and plumbers, are members of the AFL:CIO. C-K Air Conditioning, while members of Local U.A, is also a member of the National U.A.Agreement.
