Experienced on a live Apollo reservation system building a complete PNR, modifying, dividing, history, FLIFO, and car reservations. Demonstrated proficiency in airport operations including ramp operations, oversold, canceled, delayed flights, public address announcements, weight and balance, and cargo. Proficiency in fare construction, domestic ticketing, special service tickets, MCOs, and excess baggage charges, and cost-effective itinerary planning. I'm in charge of dispatching and securing over 5000 alarm points while maintaining public safety for over 100,000 personals on my installation. I coordinate with different agency in orders to engage any incident that may occur in my area of operation. Currently qualified on multiple firearms to include less than lethal firearms, NCIC certified, SFMIS Certified and on an overseas assignment i became certified through NATO on TASS security system.

Involved multiple cases related towards shoplifting, verbal disputes, physical disputes, alarm activations, DUIs and all traffic infractions or high-way incidents.

Engaged in a schedule with multible classes and physical training , once phase I was completed, I entered phase II for the Air Force Law Enforcement training, which I received full credit before relocating to my first installation.
