My role was a mix of framing foreman and finishing foreman but I worked with the service team when needed to solve several puzzling issues across the city.

Working with our warranty team I have been working to ensure total homeowner satisfaction after closing. My duties have ranged from paint / plaster touch-ups to floor squeaks to solving an array of major air and water barrier issues. My vast experience with the construction team has made me the go-to for solving many issues through my extensive knowledge of engineered specifications as well as the Ontario Building Code.

During this period, I was moved back and forth as needed between Finishing and Framing. I was given the honor of being the foreman in charge of the 2017 CHEO Dream Home early in the finishing stages. On the framing side, I set the weekly schedules for the Mahogany 2018 builds and was tasked with 41 homes before being transferred to finishing at our Avalon and Harmony Sites.
