Directly responsible for three soldiers of lesser rank or experience that answered to me and indirectly responsible for ten others. I was held responsible for the outcome of their actions and productivity in training as well as day to day work environment. I would aid the Squad Leader with planning for training, preparing presentations or briefs, and disciplining/ correcting mistakes.

Afghanistan

Responsible for accounting for secret radio equipment. I also ensured all proper soldiers were trained in all radio equipment we operated with. I was responsible for ensuring all communication equipment was properly functioning and assisted in troubleshooting. I was the radio communicator on combat dismounted and mounted missions. It was my responsibility to relay crucial information to higher authority that would help with mission success. Signed and managed over $500,000 of equipment.
