Executive-level manager for Army Civil Affairs Company training and mentoring unit personnel; Primary advisor to the Unit Commander; Senior-level supervisor responsible for the management, training, discipline, development, morale and welfare of 35 company personnel within an Army Civil Affairs unit; Oversee all administration and enlisted personnel programs to include; Promotions, Awards, Developmental Counseling, Re-enlistment and Retention, and certify that all soldiers are Military Career field qualified; Prepares operation reports using the Army Individual Training and Requirements System (ITRS), the Army Digital Training Management System (DTMS), and the Army Medical Protection System (MEDPROS); 4000 hours of instruction in Civil-Military and Civil-Affairs Operational doctrine to Teams, Company and Senior leadership; Monitors the health and welfare of individual Soldiers’, their family life, personnel issues and living conditions.

The Assistant Director of Campus Safety and Security is charged with maintaining a safe and secure campus environment, ensuring proper emergency procedures and traffic regulation/enforcement are in place for the safety of the campus, providing a supportive atmosphere in collaboration with other University departments. May as the Acting Director in the Directors absence, as well as, the campus liaison with local law enforcement and emergency services in the absence of the Director.Responsible to provide supervision for the daily job performance of the safety officers assigned to shifts to include management of the shift briefings; Assures attendance and work performance of officers and staff, evaluates and counsels officers and staff as needed. Responsible for oversight of key authorization process and the key issuance records. Senior Team Sergeant assigned to a Civil Affairs Planning Team supporting a Civil Affairs Battalion; responsible for the management, training, morale, health, and welfare of assigned Team Soldiers; coordinating plans and operations with the civil component of the operational environment providing the CA Brigade with an engagement capability for both strategic and tactical Civil Affairs Operations (CAO) and Civil-Military Operations (CMO); develop plans, policy, and programs that support the Geographical Combat Commander's strategic CMO plans and support the Theater Support Operations Cell (TSOC) and the Joint Special Operation Task Force (JSOTF).

Small Group Leader for US Army Advanced Armor Leaders Course for Military Occupational Specialty [19D CMF]. Responsible for training to enhance leader development by conducting tough and demanding Advanced and Senior Leader Courses which develop adaptive, self-confident leaders who provide leadership to solve complex problems, while operating in a full spectrum environment.

Brigade Staff Combat Trainer in support of the 324th PSYOP during 1st Cavalry Division pre-deployment exercise from 02/27/2011 to 03/27/2011 conducted at the US Army, National Training Center (NTC), Fort Irwin, CA.

Brigade Staff Combat Trainer in support of the BDE PSYOP Planner during 2nd Stryker Cavalry Regiment pre-deployment exercise from 02/20/2010 to 03/23/2010 conducted at the US Army Command - Europe, Joint Mission Readiness Center (JMRC), Hohenfels, Germany.

Served as a first-line supervisor employing 16-personnel of a Tactical Psychological Operations Detachment consisting of four Tactical Teams and a Headquarters element during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Ensured operational stability of a forward deployed detachment providing direct support to a higher headquarters and logistical support teams. Provided support for diplomatic, informational, military, and economic activities related to strategic, operational, and tactical missions.

Senior Instructor assigned to Task Force Marshall in support of IRR Mobilization from 08/02/2004 to 08/01/2007 at Fort Jackson, SC. Planned, developed and executed training of up to 250 individuals per training period; totaling over 7000 Army and Navy personnel headed to assignments in Iraq, Afghanistan, Qatar and the Horn of Africa in support of the Global War On Terrorism.

Project Test & Evaluation Specialist for the GDAS Amphibious Prototype; USMC Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle (EFV) during Operational Prototype trials at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland. Primary responsibilities included Operator/Crew Interface and functionality, Power plant, Drive train and Turret operation and synchronization, Water propulsion system and Hydro-planing surfaces.

Design Engineer with the Mobility Team for the GDLS Amphibious Prototype; (EFV). Develop ProE (3D) models of vehicle structural, crew-compartment, & firepower stations, weight bearing structures and Drive-train support in General Dynamic Modeling standards.
