Supervised Behavior Specialists, which involved supervision of the development of Behavior Support Plans including the process of completing a functional assessment of target behaviors, and ability to facilitate team meetings. Other supervision of Behavior Specialists included training on basic Applied Behavior Analysis. Further duties included trending incident reports for analyses.
