I grew up in hotels and with both my parents in the industry I quickly fell in love with it. I spent 7 years of my Early Career with Greene King, who gave me an excellent foundation in catering and hospitality at a managerial level, In particular showing me how to get the best out of people. My passion for food and wine, led me into fine dining, where I have had the opportunity to further hone my managerial skills and improve my product knowledge. I have had a successful career within hospitality and am now seeking a new challenge.
