I re started this "org" as a private company (after a war of wits with the Welsh Gov whom resisted vigorously) after the disaster that followed its abolishment and the subsequent collapse of trade promotion and inward investment into Wales. In 2014 this is still not be rectified and Wales attracts less that half the inward investment as a proportion of the UK as its used to under the WDA. The Welsh Government under Edwina Hart's dept, then forced the new org's closure (using another government org it owns) as it continued to put its own embarrassment in front of the Welsh economy and its people.
