Current Responsible for designing and implementing global strategies as part of the core leadership team for the company’s real estate function, including all cross-divisional initiatives related to workplace design, operational improvement, org. and process design, cost savings, lease administration, best practices, strategic sourcing, metrics tracking and reporting, technology and dashboard implementations, and other efforts to support the function. Managed the core team activities for the $2.0 billion New York City headquarters construction and relocation project to 30 Hudson Yards, including overall project coordination, PMO activities, predictive workforce demand analysis, governance oversight, workplace strategy and programming, and amenity design. Acted as key coordination point for change management, communications, tax incentive, digital branding, workplace technology, and physical migration teams. Managed the project team to analyze, design, and implement the comprehensive outsourcing of the company’s facilities services, including service delivery strategy, sourcing plan, employee communications, and transition. Led the development and implementation of an enterprise real estate performance management dashboard and data warehouse to allow for tracking KPIs and incorporating global occupancy costs, capital expenditures, headcount, and space usage. Led a multi-disciplined team to create the first cross-divisional real estate general ledger system, including uniform chart of accounts, financial reports, and ongoing process to track global operating costs and capital expenditures for all facilities and projects.
