Key Achievements• Set up monthly reports for documenting every new case along with the progress of all outstanding claims and how much money had been paid out to the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority). This information was rigorously checked as there were fines for providing incorrect data or for a delay in providing data. • I created a precise mailing schedule that dictates when every letter needs to be sent and the letters have strict deadlines to ensure the mailings do not break SLA. Each letter is checked by the FCA to be approved ensuring the mailings inform the customer of all the relevant information. Key achievements• I devised a way of sending out mail shots across the country for a product recall so that all local area mailings would be sent out together.
