I am a fully qualified and highly experienced security management professional with a military background, demonstrating expertise in leading complex and end-to-end security operations. With diligence, persistence and commitment, I adopt a consummate and forward-thinking approach to anticipate, identify and solve problems. As a strategic and analytical thinker, I forensically assess threats and risks within operational planning and execution to ensure the protection of people and assets, in alignment with SOPs. Throughout my employment and military service, I have developed a reputation of high regard in leading teams in extremely hostile and volatile environments, ensuring correctness and availability of necessary resources to ensure positive outcomes. Some of my most notable achievements include: - Completed what is regarded as the one of the toughest infantry training programs in the world, finishing as one of the top 2 recruits- Successfully completed 7-month operational tour of Afghanistan with the Royal Marines - Supported successful visit from a foreign Head of State to Iraq in 2017- Successfully completed master’s degree in Security & Risk Management in 2020By nature, I am a fiercely loyal and enthusiastic individual with a passion and ethos of ensuring delivery of quality results within a set timeframe. I pride myself on being an enormously motivated security specialist who remains calm in the most challenging of situations, whilst under considerable amounts of pressure. Additionally, I maintain excellent communication skills who enjoys establishing and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders in multicultural environments, which has led to me harvesting strong networks.
