Outbound sales role following up on an online survey. My job is to engage, explain, listen and sell Freedoms Funeral Protection plan. I have far exceeded my targets which sit at 20 sales per week which in turn has helped me regularly hit my commissions.

After being assigned to the ANZ General Insurance outbound campaign, I far exceeded my targets and was a consistent seller for my entire time at Peakbound. I achieved and won plenty of sales awards including 'most sales in a week' and 'top salesman'. I was also very honoured to be involved in ‘team elite’ which consisted of the top 15 sales people of the quarter being treated to an all-expenses paid night out.

I worked as a claims adjuster on a 10 month temporary contract. My role consisted of dealing with injury claims from first notification through to settlement, both inside and outside of the government portal. The files I dealt with were complex cases up to £25,000. I have an excellent understanding of protocols and costs and have demonstrated in my time at AIG that I can effectively handle a case load of around 200 files. I have a good understanding of dealing with litigation and understand the difference between avoidable and non-avoidable litigation. A major part of my job was to investigate and make liability decisions including split decisions. I have an excellent understanding of COA.

My role consisted of working on behalf of motor insurance companies settling third party personal injury claims by using mediation as an alternative to the legal process. My job was to liaise between the claimant and the third party insurer to come to a fair and correct settlement for both parties. I was in regular contact with the claimant from first contact to final settlement dealing with various different heads of claims including, policy excess, rehabilitation, loss of earnings, miscellaneous costs, fares, clothing and of course general damages. Personal performance was monitored on a number of different aspects, the main two being conversions and settlements. During my time at the company I far exceeded my targets and was regularly top of the conversion/settlement chart.

My role consisted of investigating and settling third party personal injury motoring claims within the MOJ Portal. I worked as part of a large team investigating varying severities of claims. I regularly negotiated and discussed claims with solicitors and analysed medical reports to come to a fair and correct settlement for the claimant. I demonstrated that I was able to effectively manage a portfolio that consisted of just over 800 cases.

This was an inbound sales role that consisted of communicating with potential clients; selling vehicle glass and repairs. This was a demanding job which required good communication skills and dealing with the pressures of tough targets. I was regularly praised and championed as a top seller with a good reputation with clients providing excellent customer service.
