Group fitness training, fitness boot camps. Max Corps Fitness focuses on multiple modalities to help our members achieve their fitness goals. Our owner/trainer Chris uses experience gained from many years of Martial Arts and service in the United States Marine Corps to create ever changing group classes, guaranteed to challenge all. We work with a variety of fitness levels from hard core athletes to individuals trying to work out for the first time.

Start up company centered on a functional approach to fitness. Instead of typical gym equipment, we use body weight exercise, TRX suspension trainers, sand bags, Muay Thai heavy bags, obstacle training, etc. to achieve fitness goals.
