As a C4ISR/UAV Systems Advisor I am responsible for providing a broad range of technical advice to support capability development across a range of Defence centric projects. Key Responsibilities:Provide SME guidance across the current in-service digital Combat Net Radio (CNR) Communication Systems and Battle Management System (BMS) employed within the Battle-Group Command, Control and Communication (BGC3) framework.Provide SME guidance across a range of Commercial, Enterprise and Military UAV Systems ranging from Nano (NUAS), Small (SUAS) and Multi-Rotor (MRUAS).Solutions focused across the complete Mission System including all respective C4I infrastructure, UAS platform and payload, software capability and user interface(s).Experienced CNR, BMS, MRUAS and SUAS Operator.

I deploy as part of the ADF whole of government approach to the recovery effort to the bushfires in Victoria.When I arrive in the East Gippsland region there was no plan or current implementation of UAV/RPA operations. Within 48hrs I had personally located and built relationships between Victorian Police, Melbourne Fire Brigade and Country Fire Authority to conduct the first Joint Agencies RPS operations.The procedures that I developed form my ADF Offensive Support experiences become the bases of all RPS operations throughout the ADF deployment. My team conducted over 200 missions and 30hrs flying that produce 500gb of actionable data for 12 State Agencies.I am proud to say my efforts were recognised by they ADF in the production of a media article highlighting my efforts and that of my team.

As a Youth Justice Core Staff Worker I provide a multi-faceted approach to address the needs of the young people in our care.Key Responsibilities:Providing care, supervision and support to children and young people in the custodial centres by acting as a role model, building positive working relationships and supporting young people to address the issues that contributed to them receiving a custodial sentence.Responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the Youth Justice custodial centres.Supervision of young people while recording their movements, conducting searches and security checks.

Ampcontrol is a leading provider of integrated electrical and electronic technology equipment with a focus on specialist power projects across the mining, infrastructure, energy and industrial sectors. As a Production Officer I was a part of the LEAN process team that developed scalable, vertical integration processes for the production of intrinsically safe electronics used in underground mining.
