Headed the Design, Planning, Purchasing, Construction and Facilities Department of the company comprising of 5 managers and 19 supervisors/staff supervising the construction of new stores and renovation and maintenance of more than 70 stores nationwide. Managed multiple projects in various sites in compliance with the strategic plan of the company to open 3 major stores and 4 other outlets annually with a budget of more than Php150 million. Able to open all projects on time.Initiated the upgrading and standardization of look for all stores. Initiated the preparation of design standards as a guide in the design and planning of new stores and renovation of existing stores resulting in reduction of construction cost by 30%. Developed a set of standards within the department to provide quantifiable measures of competency as a guide in grading the performance of each team within the department.

Pasig City

Project-managed construction of new facilities for the expansion requirement of the company. Coordinated with the landlord, consultants and contractors here and in the U.S. to ensure that the project is completed on time and in accordance with company requirements. Managed the movement and growth of more than 30 accounts, comprising around 9,000 seats, across 5 sites within Metro Manila. Reviewed and analyzed the seating capacity of the 5 sites to manage the growth of existing accounts and the influx of new accounts. Planned and managed the compression of around 1,000 seats in one site to allow for the reduction of leasable floors from 8 to 6 floors. Initiated the compression of around 2,000 seats in another site to allow for the reduction of 1 floor. These 2 programs contributed to significant savings in rent.Initiated and project managed the standardization of the look of all sites within Metro Manila to give a unified experience for all clients across all sites. Initiated projects to improve floor lay-outs and maximize spaces to accommodate room and space requirements of the company. Improved customer satisfaction of the department from 60% to 86% thru improved client coordination and relationship.
