I have experience in business management, marketing, accounting and inventory. I have experience in multiple industries and approach every position with a stewardship mindset. Whether I am leading a team or fulfilling the most basic functions of an organization I believe in using this mindset to tackle every problem or task. The stewardship mindset is simply applying problem solving solutions that reflect what I believe I would do as my supervisor. This isn't just limited to what I believe middle management might like, I use a multi-level approach when on task. Ultimately, I determine what is best for the organization or even the common good when using this approach. My strongest skills are in analysis and problem solving. So, I like numbers and I like creative solutions. I believe that to create an advantage in business. You need to develop a system and perfect it as you receive feedback through the business process.I am currently looking for accounting and business positions that will allow me to further develop my skillset while adding value to a quality organization with a strong identity and purpose.
