As part of several acquisitions in the Asia Pacific region, took over a new position as General Manager for the region, responsible for Product Supply (Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, HSE, Engineering, Warehousing, SCM) as well as new product development R&D. Responsible for integrating the new sites/countries into FHP, implement a regional structure and create synergies with the different locations. Operations in mainland China, Australia, Hong Kong, Maylasia, Indonesia, Thailand and Taiwan. Also responsible for the Joint Venture operations in India, supporting the local product supply team and working to build an R&D infrastructure.

Responsible for all manufacturing, supply chain management and distribution/warehousing within America's region. Manufacturing operations in Canada, USA, Mexico and SCM functions in Chili and Argentina with distribution throughout South America. Also maintained Global R&D strategic leadership position

Promoted within company and moved to Germany to be responsible for all R&D functions worldwide for consumer products company. Lead effort to decentralize the group into regional technical centers of excellence.

Full P&L responsiblities for engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution of a consumer goods company (producing mechanical household cleaning products). Helped lead high company growth (7x in sales) with new products, manufacturing sites, and acquistions. Management co-lead of the 2 acquistions for companies out of bankruptcy and the integration/closing of existing locations in very short time frame with minimal interruption to customer base.

Managed the chemical blending and high speed fill operation of a Bleach and Liquid Plumber manufacturing plant.

Starting in plant Industrial Engineering was promoted into both plant and corporate engineering and quality asssurance positions around the USA. Moved into manufacturing as head of production and maintenance of a PRESTONE antifreeze plant. Manufacturing processes included blown film extrusion (GLAD trash bags), blow molding, high speed filling and chemcial blending operations
