3 years as Lieutenant, Volunteer Firefighter, Spent 5 years in the Early 90's training was Certified as a Hat-Mat Technition, also was NYS Certified EMT-D. Had to take a leave of Absence in 1998 due to Family needs and work, returned in 2017 retrained and recently was appointed to the position of Lieutenant.

Reported Directly to the VP of Northeast Xerox Business Services Operations was directly responsible for the delivery of DocuCare training, strategic implementation, and service cost targeted reductions to the operation. Program was successful and reduced costs in the second year by 1.2 million dollars.
