Together, we establish and enhance best practices, fostering internal innovation and shaping the future. Active partnership with stakeholders involves utilizing insights to define and prioritize the development of interface patterns and content within the organization.I am the key point of contact for other teams across the enterprise using the design system, providing coaching and consulting to ensure the organization deliver exceptional product experiences.• Lead multiple high-priority products/projects across various work streams & business.Collaborate with the business to establish and enhance best practices, fostering internal innovation.• Work closely with developers to create accessible, standards-compliant, and reusable interface patterns.• Support the product manager/owner in continuous prioritization efforts, emphasizing an outcome-based approach.• Champion CX & Design, acting as a leader in the experience design practice, contributing to recruitment, coaching, process improvement, and tool enhancement.• Collaborate with product designers, owners, developers, and business stakeholders to drive adoption and gather input.• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance work effectiveness.• Provide input to ensure ample capacity for sustaining and advancing the Design System.• Participate in cooperative design, critique sessions, user interviews, testing, and other research activities.

Leading digital user interface and experience for the PayFlex brand across all digital properties including Member portal, Employer portal, public website, Native android and ios apps. Built and manage multi-purposed design system for the PayFlex brand including workflows for developers, designers, and user stories. • Work with Business Analysts, Product leads, IT, Marketing, Digital Design & Data teams to create new experiences that make it easy to plan, save and pay.• Responsible for all digital product creative. Aligning with Aetna, CVS and continuing to meet accessibility requirements.• Build entire UI UX team process for the entire business. This includes the creation of RESOLVE: The PayFlex Design System, workflows, managing user testing, leading the design team, aligning with business units and communication across the business.• Stepped in and assisted marketing with creation of new PayFlex Visual Guidelines.
