Formerly an Essential Banker with Barclays where my main focus would be on creating opportunity and life moments for our customer base, I have recently changed roles into a Personal Banker - building long term relationships with clients and delivering innovative tailored solutions to give a 5 star service.

Working in a fast paced environment both behind the bar and in the main restaurant to ensure customers left with a 5 star experience.

My role varied with G&C, mainly helping out with the day to day orders from small and large suppliers over the phone and face to face interaction. Learning all types of products used in the building industry to help self employed traders to large businesses find the right solutions and needs.

This role was my first introduction into the customer service environment, mainly located on the till to provide outstanding service to the local communities.
