Corresponding with sister sites, licensed business partners, and external manufacturers to ensure accurate processing of such reports per pharmacovigilance agreements.➢ Ensuring accurate processing of combination adverse event/drug information/technical complaint reports.➢ Completion of domestic and global reconciliations involving sister sites, licensed business partners, internal Drug Safety groups, Legal and Sandoz Global Drug Safety.➢ Archiving documents per established procedures for all Drug Safety groups and assuring files are archived in a manner such that they are retrievable when needed in for inspection/audit activities.➢ Carries out all responsibilities in accordance with the Sandoz policies and procedures as well as state, local and federal laws.

➢ Data entry of technical complaints into the tracking database according to working guidance, standard operating procedures, and within compliance of health authorities➢ Making follow-up phone calls to consumers, pharmacies, wholesalers, other healthcare professionals on behalf the manufacturing sites to aid in quality investigations.➢ Arranging reimbursement requests, sample retrieval, and preparing shipping documents to consumers and pharmacies for suspect product.

➢ Preparing solutions, reagents, and other chemicals/materials needed by the students to perform the laboratory exercises.➢ Processing student’s HNMR and FTIR samples, and assisting students analyzing and characterizing the compounds from their spectra.➢ Supervising a three-hour lab period each week while assisting and coaching students on safety and GLP.➢ Managing the chemical waste according to the university chemical waste management guidelines. ➢ Weekly 45-minute lectures on chemistry topics such as spectroscopy, and chromatography, mechanisms, and work-ups.➢ Teaching and grading ACS standard lab reports for 22 students weekly.
