I'm an experienced health care deal attorney with decades of transactions under my belt exclusively in the healthcare space representing both investors and companies up and down the capital stack from seed to buyout. I take a lot pride in being very commercial and practical in my advice in an area that has numerous regulatory complexities that require careful balancing of business strategy and compliance.
