Current• Lab Integration Lead- Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring all procedures and policies applicable to operations on all information systems to include physical lab security.• Risk Management Frameworks (RMF)- worked with Lisso, Isso, and ISSM's in defining artifacts, document reviews, RMF package completion for ATO to include ATO ongoing accreditation. This process included POA&M reviews, RAL's, LOV creation and submittals working with all stakeholders in accordance with Boeing Security Manual, NIST standards and all applicable guidelines. • Project Management Lead (Labs) - Work with internal and external customers to identify requirements and build plans to support customer needs. This included the build out of multiple new lab spaces in accordance with the ICD-705 standards to fit classification needs. • Earned Value Management- Track progress to cost, schedule, and technical performance through coordination with all shareholders and suppliers. • Researched, analyzed, and compiled technical data to support the integration of security and resiliency into products and services throughout the lifecycle of the product/service to meet all applicable certifications and customer requirements.• Evaluated hardware and software solutions for vulnerabilities, designed and tested secure or resilient systems, and developed countermeasures against vulnerabilities.• Developed methods, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance of projects with respect to current and changing security policies and practices.• Developed and implemented secure product certification processes in compliance with internal and external standards and led the implementation of security-hardening measures in encoding, encryption, and authentication techniques.• Conducted research into emerging technologies to develop mitigation plans and strategies.
