Sam Librizzi, Thomas Mastro, and Chris Downs formed this partnership (Lace It Up For Charity) to spread awareness to the different types of causes that exist today, motivate others to donate their time and money, help raise money each year for various causes, and to have fun doing it. With each event, we will choose a national cause and a local cause. We are big believers in the grass roots charities that have smaller budgets and we are also big believers in the more recognized national nonprofits like cancer, ALS and heart disease. With each event, we will chose two wonderful charities in which we are certain the money is going directly towards the people that are in need of the assistance.
General Management
• Evaluate Operations in the stores on a regular basis and ensure all store standards are in place and aligned to Marshall Retail Group standards. Support and maintain high operational efficiency within stores• Oversee store projects, construction, minor works and renovations in partnership with regional Standards & Ops, Design & Construction Teams. Ensure effective project management of store projects.• Oversee & deliver the rollout of assigned projects in collaboration with Regional & Global Cross functional teams.• Work closely with Market Director and Manager(s) within market to support Marshall Retail Group Standards & Operations strategies.• Ensure all key communications are cascaded to store teams to in a timely manner to enable clear and concise communications.• Coach and Develop store operational teams in partnership with store management• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive and deliver end-to-end process controls• Ensure all employees are trained in Marshall Retail Group Standards and Operational policies. This includes new hires as well as tenured employees.• Ensure all policies are enforced by Management within region and are consistent and cohesive with all Los Angeles Stores.• In partnership with Retail Shared Services support and drive the accuracy of stock controls within stores and inventory levels.• Host weekly/bi-weekly operational calls within region.• Work closely with IT to ensure retail changes are managed, prioritized and controlled effectively, and store technical solutions are fit for purpose and aligned to the customer experience/journey.• Support store Operations with maintenance and repairs within Landport.• Provide support and guidance to store teams on ad hoc process queries
