Ship and receive multiple types of parts, conduct inventory counts, stage parts for site services technicians to utilize, order spare parts, have been placed in charge of multiple special projects, received and staged servers in the Datacenter, problem solved and corrected discrepancy’s in the inventory, assisted in the training of new employees, kept the error rate extremely low while being one of the biggest and busiest datacenter on the east coast.

Duties include initial training, sustainment training, observing officer duties to ensure compliance and also managed some projects that include the initial phase of screening officers, preparing for the lockdown of a site and wall penetrations to allow load banking of bus ducts, I conducted tests to find deficiencies in standard operation procedures, vehicle maintenance, requested access to the datacenter for new hires, ordering badges and radios and anything else required for expansions, ensure functionality of all equipment and submit a ticket for repair on all malfunctioning devices then ensure repairs were made, updated all computer devices, responded to significant incidents and wrote reports to document them.

Duties include camera monitor, alarm monitor, proper posting and relief of on shift officers, ensuring coverage for call outs, maintained officer appearance, and gave corrective action when appropriate, wrote reports for various incidents that where sent to upper management level.

Was responsible to maintain access control to an active datacenter, conduct rounds to ensure no loss or theft of data, ensure high security areas remained secure, responded to emergencies, and conducted vehicle control throughout the facility.
