Implementation Manager
Current● Deliver strategic oversight, coordination, and project maintenance, manage a team of IT professionals, and partner with globaland local teams to meet deadlines, covering business needs and finding IT solutions● Facilitate effective and efficient cross-functional vendor management to deliver integrated projects and programs● Hold weekly departmental/regional team meetings to review strategic goals and initiatives and promote team building, utilizebi-weekly Change Advisor Board meetings to discuss enterprise initiatives for the global network● Maintain the integrity and continuous operations of the IT network, audits, and quarterly walk-through inspections of all MainDistribution Frames (MDF) and Transaction Reporting (TRs) in three different facilities● Work closely with Internal Development, Data Center, Network Operations, Systems, and Hardware teams to create acollaborative approach to system Improvement processes
