Field Inspector
Current• Continuous communication with supervisors, homeowners, and insurance and banking companies. • Management of incoming inspection orders from national banking institutions. .Insurance loss percentage reports• Generating an effective mapping route to complete the optimal amount of inspections per each workday. • Inspect and obtain [photograph and written] documentation of the condition of individual properties. • Inspection(s) may require: minor cleaning, posting signage, estimation of property damages, etc. • Report all findings and work done on site, submission of completed documentation to company server for review by deadline given by client. • Training new Inspectors to perform basic requirements of the position. • Maintenance of equipment and software required for work.
