Recruited and trained 3 new project managers. • Supported global Improvac team leading to multiple registrations worldwide including approval in the EU in 2009. • Partnered with Line leaders to develop a process for effective resource forecasting and management that met the specific needs of the line (Regulatory Affairs).• Developed new dashboards, reports and analytical grids to support business integration of portfolio methodologies and presented dashboard reports on a monthly basis to VMRD senior management. • Maintained portfolio tracking system which facilitated the prioritization process.• Provided overall project management support for multiple Pharmaceutical and Biological Global Product Development Teams to ensure alignment of strategic and operational objectives. • Held project team leader role for Enviracor and Strep. suis vaccine projects and ensured that they were brought to an agreed conclusion. Ensured product supply was maintained for Enviracor in the face of potency assay difficulties.• Undertook strategic asset valuation for multiple projects in collaboration with colleagues from VMRD and Commercial. This involved scenario planning to estimate budgets (both FTE and $) and timelines for multiple options which facilitated the selection of the most favourable option for progression.• Partnered with Finance to identify ways to improve the budget reporting process at the close of quarter.
