My role as a mentor is to teach mentees according to their courses which are related to Information System. The lessons can consist of my current or previous courses. In total, I teach 6 mentee's which several of them are from different year from me. As a mentor, I'm not limited to only teach mentee but also understand their current problems while also providing life advice and hear their stories. Maintaining such relationship is needed to understand mentee's behaviour

Provide assitance to achieve HIMSISFO's goals by handling events which targets within internal or external that usually works behind the desk such as handling the rundown for events, creating que cards or scripts for interviewer or MC, contact speakers to collaborate with our events, and tasking each committee for the event

Became an advisor to make sure that the activists can carry out the event according to HIMSISFO's goals and minimizing mistakes from happening based on my previous experience. Activists can ask technical details regarding on how to create an event. Progress of the event is reported to us in which we follow up to higher ups. Any feedback from the higher ups will be informed through us

As a Freshman Partner, my job is to teach freshmen to be able adapt with the university environment. Other responsibilities include:1. Educate freshman about the ethics of University (For example: Ethics on how to contact a lecturer, university rules, grading, etc.) during the First Year Program (FYP)2. Prepare and presentate the materials every week which are scheduled3. Maintain communication with freshmen whether they are experiencing difficulties or not4. Provide insight on campus life based on my own experience to avoid problems

An annual event which are held by HIMSISFO to celebrate HIMSISFO's birthday. This year, the celebration was divided into 2 seperate events. The first event celebrates HIMSISFO birthday by sending giveaways to participants who join our game by posting a video which celebrates HIMSISFO birthday. The second event is a talkshow where the speaker shares on how creative thinking in business is needed to the society. My job description for the events:Develop and discuss the event concept along with other staff and event coordinator. The concept includes the rundown, time, finding and contacting the moderator and speaker, assign each member for the PIC of the event and creating the registration form
