As the Manager, Office Services for Calvert Investments, I bring 28 years of relevant job experience to the position, I am in charge of Facilities Management, Records Management, Purchasing Management and Security for a 180 person investment firm. Facilities - I manage 90,000 square feet of office space, which includes maintenance, reconfigurations, renovations and budgeting and the space related sustainability programs, including recycling, buy recycled initiatives and related reporting to Montgomery County. Purchasing - I manage the majority of office supply procurement, regulatory printing, business printing, furnishings and fixtures, equipment leases and purchases, software, hardware and other computer and network related equipment and software. Records Management - I am responsible for the paper records retention program. This includes managing the inventory, adding new records as requested, retrieving records as requested, a regular records retention review and purge process based on a retention schedule, as well as developing and adhering to records management policies and procedures relevant to the regulatory environment for the financial services industry.Security - I manage the card reader access system, the CCTV system, and suite security. This includes maintenance, repair and upgrades of the security access and monitoring equipment. Managing associate building and suite access, adding and deactivating access cards as required. Security communications and reminders to associates, and all building related security and safety policies and procedures.
