Six years of full-time programming and computer system design and analysis using NATURAL and ADABAS for the Texas Attorney General - Child Support Division. Over four years of work on the design and analysis of the most critical and complex processes in the Texas Child Support System. These processes include Financial Distribution, Recoupments, Adjustments, Online, and JCL development and maintenance. Extensive use and knowledge of N2O was used to assist in the management and tracking of software through the course of its software development life cycle. Consistently meet deadlines on multiple projects through organized planning, and have accurately estimated and delivered assigned tasks. I served as one of two technical leads in the redesign of a complex financial system which included hundreds of Natural program objects. As a technical lead, I was responsible for directing the work of a team of ten developers, many of whom were new to the system and methodology. Responsibilities included making team assignments, providing system knowledge and expertise and reviewing development work to ensure a quality product. Additionally, provided level of effort estimates to support resource allocation and planning and managed the work to meet project deadlines. I helped to develop documentation of the system using Word Perfect, Visio, and Excel to aid in the design and training of the various processes.
