CurrentI successfully directed the purchase and implementation of the Corporations first Enterprise mobility management software to over nine hundred associates. Duties included working closely with Information Security and System Engineering to define the scope of the project, purchased management software, scheduled installation of network components with System Engineering, assigned tasks to project team members, created documentation, educated Helpdesk Techs and assisted team members during deployment. Purchased the Dell Kace 1000 & 2000 Appliance. Purchased Syncplicity as the corporations Enterprise File Sync/Sharing solution with the Director of IT and successfully deployed to over three hundred Sales associates at the corporation’s annual event I was the Lead Project Manager for the new North Charleston Call Center. Created Project Plan, allocated resources, assigned duties to helpdesk technicians, coordinated arrival of equipment, installed Wireless access points, configured the Dell Remote site appliance, and assisted System Engineering with installing network equipment. Assisted Helpdesk Technicians with imaging of three hundred computers for the new associates. Trained two new Helpdesk associates to support the new Call Center. Project Manager for the New Customer Success Building on Daniel Island. Successfully managed the allocation of resources for the delivery and installation of equipment with Help Desk team members. Coordinated the migration of three hundred users with the facilities team and vendors. I’m the Information Technology Project Manager for all three annual events held across the Southeast. Duties include allocation of resources for the helpdesk and support for the events, purchasing of equipment, transporting supplies to remote locations, configuring equipment for the Corporate events and planning for the teams travel arrangements. Interviewed and hired two new helpdesk associates and two project team members.
