I successfully directed the purchase and implementation of the Corporations first Enterprise mobility management software to over nine hundred associates. Duties included working closely with Information Security and System Engineering to define the scope of the project, purchased management software, scheduled installation of network components with System Engineering, assigned tasks to project team members, created documentation, educated Helpdesk Techs and assisted team members during deployment. Purchased the Dell Kace 1000 & 2000 Appliance. Purchased Syncplicity as the corporations Enterprise File Sync/Sharing solution with the Director of IT and successfully deployed to over three hundred Sales associates at the corporation’s annual event I was the Lead Project Manager for the new North Charleston Call Center. Created Project Plan, allocated resources, assigned duties to helpdesk technicians, coordinated arrival of equipment, installed Wireless access points, configured the Dell Remote site appliance, and assisted System Engineering with installing network equipment. Assisted Helpdesk Technicians with imaging of three hundred computers for the new associates. Trained two new Helpdesk associates to support the new Call Center. Project Manager for the New Customer Success Building on Daniel Island. Successfully managed the allocation of resources for the delivery and installation of equipment with Help Desk team members. Coordinated the migration of three hundred users with the facilities team and vendors. I’m the Information Technology Project Manager for all three annual events held across the Southeast. Duties include allocation of resources for the helpdesk and support for the events, purchasing of equipment, transporting supplies to remote locations, configuring equipment for the Corporate events and planning for the teams travel arrangements. I was responsible for performing Information Technology Services - Network/Computer Consulting to small and large businesses spread across the State. I provided technical support to customers via telephone, e-mail and face to face. I also performed special Network Administration and installations when called upon. In addition to those clients who regularly called upon us for their I.T. needs, we were often called upon when in need of our unique blend of resources, experience, and expertise. I was the Lead Specialist at a Medium size Law firm where I installed a New Microsoft Exchange Server and a New Equitrac Server. I provided server administration, software troubleshooting and installations, account management, data backups, hard drive imaging, PC repair/installation and Ethernet network cable runs. I was also the Lead Technician for a Large Medical Transport Company where I installed a New Terminal Server, routers and switches as well as general Network Administration on a daily basis. As a Team Player I was called upon to support our main clients I.T. needs, a large law firm, when our own Senior Administrator needed backup I would routinely perform Tier-1 to Tier-3 Support on their equipment When the very same client moved to a newly renovated building I was part of a team that installed their entire cabling system of fiber optics and Cat 6 cables along with backup of data at their old office and moving all their equipment safely and ensuring no problem arose after the move. I performed four different Shore-Tel VOIP installations for large businesses in the Charleston Area. Duties included configuration and installation of all ShoreTel Equipment and cable runs, along with programming the ShoreTel Call Director. Another Technician and I were part of a team that configured and upgraded the Desktop PC’s and DVR systems at sixty two convenience stores across the State.

As part of a Team of three Technicians I would respond to emails and telephone calls regarding Network conflicts, account management, equipment failures, security threats, printing problems, file access issues and password issues on our Novell Netware and GroupWise Platforms as well as our Fiserv Financial Software for the nearly nine hundred employees at the Fifty Five Bank locations across the Mid Atlantic. I was called upon to update the internal intranet, perform maintenance, upgrades, disaster recovery tests, educate users, install software, monitor the network for security breaches, respond to cyber attacks, gather data, monitor network resources continually, survey the current computer site to determine future network needs. I also made recommendations for enhancements in the implementation of future servers and networks. I would plan, coordinate, and implement the installation of new equipment with Branch Managers. I traveled weekly to Northern locations to fill in for a Senior Administrator on Medical leave for four months. Duties included responding to virus issues, printing problems, software issues and equipment crashes. I also performed hard drive imaging, data backups, PC installs and general Network Administration. On multiple occasions I traveled to different branches to do site assessments for new equipment installs, run cables, install racks, terminate wires, and perform the Branches I.T. needs.
