Provides sourcing, screening and selection recommendation support for assigned job openings. Managed the company’s daily operations, which consisted of 8 U.S. Army Recruiting Centers, my primary focus was to lead, train, and supervise 8 Center Supervisors and over 48 employees on the U.S. Army and Army Reserves Recruiting and Retention operations. Oversaw the interview process for over 1000 potential candidates, and was responsible for hiring over 900 employees for many different Army Career Fields and College Enrollments. Responsible for organizing, and enforcing the Department of Defense’s, Army’s and the company’s policies; insuring that all employees understood and followed the guideline that has been set before them. Provided motivation, purpose and directions to 8 center supervisors, as a result they was able to exceed their yearly goal requirements three months early. Incorporated controls and synchronizes facilities, equipment, and vehicles valued in excess of over $2 million dollars. Established and tracked the company’s leaves/ vacations, and promotion programs, along with writing and evaluating over 60 performance evaluations. Analyze and utilize performance data to identify best practices, opportunities for improvement in processes, performance gaps, and training needs.

Oversaw the processing, scheduling of Career Fairs, and Employment interviews for all potential candidates that was applying for employment into the U.S. Army or U. S. Army Reserves, Colleges or Universities. Able to employ strong decision making and problem solving skills, when dealing with employee conflict resolution. Strong strategic planner which, resulted in the recruiting center’s exceeding their goals monthly. Maintained 100% control and accountability of all center’s assigned government property valued in excess of over $500,000 dollars.
