During my time as an Account Manager for CMee I managed a portfolio of 90 plus small to medium sized businesses. I was responsible for the existing customer portfolio growth and retention. This role consisted of account management, project management, sales, retention and growth of CMee’s customer database. During this time I also got to gain technical knowledge of AdWords and html website builds.

During my time in this role my duties consisted of new cold business acquisition. My everyday tasks consisted of liaising and negotiating with potential businesses to grow the company’s new business portfolio. Throughout my time in this role my weekly targets and KPIs were met more than 75% of the time.
