• Provide Tier 1 phone and ticket support to users of the Army Learning Management System (ALMS), Digital Training Facilities (DTF), and Deployed Digital Training Campuses (DDTC). o Provide account administration, customer support, and technical assistance. o Network, software, and hardware troubleshooting.• Perform other help desk functions: o Log all calls into ticket/incident reporting system. o Assist in creation of help desk procedure documentation. • Serve as night shift lead in absence of Tier 2/management. o Train new employees and assist as needed. o Delegate tasks to other Tier 1 employees on shift.
