Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, my role consisted of:• Supporting, nurturing, growing, and completing opportunities across a myriad of client types and in a wide array of locations.• Tracking sources such as tenders, industry news and seasonal events to identify opportunities, whilst staying up to date with the latest industry developments and market trends.• Formulating engaging email sequences to execute targeted campaigns, attempting to convert any leads, into onsite meetings/online meetings for my BDM.• Communicating with all areas of the business to keep up to date with company news and activities that may impact my role.• Responding to and dealing with all inbound enquiries, attempting to convert enquiries into onsite/online meetings for my BDM.• Attending client-facing calls, building a rapport, and tracking meeting notes on the companies CRM.• Taking ownership of my BDM’s pipeline via our CRM and calendar where applicable. This includes ensuring administrative processes are followed whilst also staying on top of follow-ups and chasing clients.• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activity via our CRM.• Creating/signing off contracts and sending them to clients via e-signature software.• Being proactive and tracking analytics related to inbound enquiries and previous deals in order to identify potential improvements to processes.• Approaching key contacts from deals that were closed/lost to regenerate any possible opportunities.• Approaching clients whose subscription is coming to an end in an attempt to get them to renew.• Outreach to potential customers through various channels such as email, phone, and social media.• Qualifying any leads and screening out any opportunities not under scope.• Providing excellent customer service and support to potential and current clients, building a relationship where applicable.• Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals and targets.

Reporting to the Director of Review and Accreditations, my role consisted of:• Having an understanding and knowledge of different frameworks including the ORCHA Baseline Review (OBR), Digital Technology Assessment Criteria (DTAC), Digital Health Assessment Framework (DHAF), Nordic Digital Health Evaluation criteria (NordDEC) and the new international technical specification in digital health. (CEN-ISO/TS 92304-2)• Undertaking reviews on a range of digital health applications from a variety of different areas and pathways.• Download, access and use these digital health applications to investigate, analyse and examine all aspects and the information that it provides.• Check out the relevant websites and app store entries to gather all the required evidence to establish how good the application is across a range of assessment dimensions.• Working with a team of specialists clinicians and technical experts to really understand the value, effectiveness, and safety of an application.• Working closely with developers, health and care organisations and various other parties to discuss my findings and help drive improvements across the world of digital health, ensuring the right technologies can get into the right hands at the right time.• Become involved in more in-depth assessments on behalf of health and care organisations, international regulators, and governments globally who need to provide assurance schemes for their local populations. • As part of a multi-disciplinary team of digital health experts our mission is to help drive the adoption and use of great digital health solutions, along with consistently getting involved with projects and adding value where I can.
