“ChatGPT for real estate” - EliseAI is one of the largest and fastest growing AI start-ups in the US. Founded by two engineers from MIT and Cambridge, we’ve raised over $100M and work with the largest property managers in the US such as Greystar, Lincoln, and Cushman & Wakefield.As a Senior Implementation Manager, I led complex and strategic implementation projects, focusing on new products, conversational use-cases, and technical integrations. I spearheaded cross-functional initiatives that streamlined onboarding, improved email deliverability, enhanced conversational AI performance, strengthened QA monitoring, and increased single sign-on usage. In this role, I collaborated closely with engineering, product, operations, and sales teams, driving alignment and efficiency. Additionally, I trained and managed an Implementation Associate, developing their skills and improving team capacity.

As an Implementation Manager, I directed implementation projects, managing a $10M portfolio across 50 clients, including four of America’s top five largest apartment managers, contributing to a 4X growth in revenue during my tenure. I led product testing for EliseAI’s top client, collaborating closely with engineering to meet specific product requirements and secure approval from their Innovation team, which ultimately strengthened account health. This role required a disciplined approach to project management, effective communication, customer discovery, troubleshooting, feedback collection, expectation management, and the escalation of risks and blockers.

VTS is the commercial real estate industry’s leading leasing and asset management platform. The VTS platform manages 10 billion square feet and a user base exceeding 34,000, and boasts an impressive client roster that includes top names such as Blackstone, Hines, Boston Properties, JLL and CBRE. One in every three commercial office buildings in the US is managed using VTS.As an Associate Implementation Manager at VTS, I spearheaded a high-priority initiative known as First-to-Market (FTM) listings. Collaborating cross-functionally with operations and product teams, I built and enhanced the FTM process, leading to a 50% reduction in time-to-onboard FTM listings.

As an Implementation Coordinator at VTS, my role combined operations, project management, and customer success. I executed over 20 client implementations onto VTS Market, overseeing the timely and successful go-live of 1,500 listing pages—a driver behind VTS Market’s rapid growth and market leadership. I also developed playbooks, resources, and reporting dashboards, which streamlined and standardized implementation processes, fostering greater efficiency and consistency.

Convene designs and services premium places to meet, work, and host events. During my time at Convene, I was heavily focused on the launch of Convene WorkPlace, a line of coworking spaces with five-star design and hospitality.As an Analyst on the newly formed Business Development team, I helped execute and manage strategic partnership programs, driving brand recognition and Convene membership signups. I also provided data analysis, presentation materials, and operational support for the Business Development team.

As the Membership Sales Lead, I drove the Go-To-Market for a new product, Convene Membership, signing $500K in revenue over 8 months, a 10X growth in annual sales. I collaborated cross functionally to develop a pricing strategy and product definition for Membership, leveraging competitive analysis and customer discovery. Additionally, I streamlined and operationalized the Membership sales process, training onsite teams to sell and onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth and scalable rollout.

On the newly formed Enterprise Sales team, I supported Convene’s first Enterprise seller in the GTM and launch of Convene's flexible office suite product, ramping annual revenue from $1M to $6M. This role required market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to help us understand the target customer for Convene WorkPlace. I led and supported site tours, sales calls, proposal generation, and the creation of marketing collateral and events.
