I am a highly technical leader with over a decade of diverse experiences that spans nearly all aspects of developing and maintaining data and analytics products and programs. My previous experiences includes data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning, data engineering, data architecture, system architecture, data quality and management, and developing analytics products. My passion is bringing these skills and experiences together in ways that drive business impacts and customer experiences.Currently, I lead a team that is responsible for defining the USAA's Bank's data science strategy, managing the bank's data science portfolio of work via agile execution, and enabling new technologies/capabilities for the data science community to use via strong enterprise partnerships.My technical background includes numerous analytical methodologies: descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive. This includes machine learning methods, statistical modeling, and generative AI techniques. I have developed and deployed several innovative solutions that have patent applications associated with them.I am also deeply passionate about developing those around me. I routinely act as a mentor and serve as a board advisor for the Science, Engineering, and Technology (SET) program at St. Mary's University, where I share my insights and guidance on the latest trends and best practices in data science and ML/AI.
