I also assist in overseeing operational efficiencies for the home office to ensure client results. Previously, I was the Program Manager of Graystone Discretion, where I oversaw the risk management and administrative aspects of the discretionary business. I worked closely with participating consultants and their teams to facilitate a seamless experience on the consultants' end while working with outside vendors to ensure compliance with the clients' IPS requirements.
