With over 17 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, I am a Senior API Inspector and Lead QA/QC at VECA Professional Services, a company that provides electrical, communication, and inspection solutions to various sectors. I hold the API 570, 510 and 653 certifications, which qualify me to inspect piping, pressure vessels, and above ground storage tanks in accordance with the industry standards and regulations.My core competencies include corrosion monitoring, quality assurance audits, quality auditing, welding QA/QC, and turnaround planning and execution. I have led field QA/QC on multiple piping projects, including the construction of the new tallow unit and the Crude and Hydrocracker Turnarounds at BP Cherry Point. I have also worked as a contractor unit inspector for the off-plot unit of P66 Ferndale.
