• Department of Energy – 14,000 seats, including all of IBM ECM suite, including ECM, BPM, Content Analytics, eDiscovery Maintenance and Support of Social Security Administration – 72,000 seats ECM solution
• Center for Medicare and Medicaid Systems (CMS) – 20,000 seats including major programs such as Medicare Appeals System (MAS) and Next Generation Desktop (NGD)
