• Responsible for the development/delivery of Enterprise Solutions consultations with Autonomy's prospective and existing customers (B2B, B2C). • Responsible for planning executive presentations/demonstrations as directed by Management.• Develop a perception with the customers to be both 'customer centric' and 'technology/solutions orientated'.• Assist in the development and execution of sales/proposal plans as needed.• Conduct one-on-one discussions with prospective/current customers to build effective communication regarding their technology needs, understand technology requirements/gaps and to build/present solution sets and live demonstrations as required.• Provide timely feedback to Sales teams and Executives regarding performance issues and technology gaps.• Team with Account Executives and sales/tech teams to drive the sale of Autonomy solutions, including delivery or relative sales messaging.• Assist to establish and maintain executive relationships at with assigned customer groups.• Assist internal Autonomy teams with resolution of critical business and technical issues effecting the customer.• Develop internal plans to improve solution strategies, demonstration decks and successful customer engagements.

• Applied Pre-Sales technical expertise with the federal sales team to close large and medium sized deals throughout the federal government • Provided demonstrations of all ECM software systems including Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Business Process Management (BPM), Enterprise Search, Content Analytics, eDiscovery, Enterprise Search, and pre-requisite technologies such as Application Servers, Relational Databases, Network and Storage Technologies • Department of Energy – 14,000 seats, including all of IBM ECM suite, including ECM, BPM, Content Analytics, eDiscovery Maintenance and Support of Social Security Administration – 72,000 seats ECM solution• Center for Medicare and Medicaid Systems (CMS) – 20,000 seats including major programs such as Medicare Appeals System (MAS) and Next Generation Desktop (NGD)
