I had the amazing privilege of taking part in the 2024 Grow@BCG program. Our year was tasked with proposing solutions for enhancing the reach and quality of education in South African using digital tools, AI, and technology.The program offered amazing insight into management consulting, the education landscape in South Africa, and social impact.I had the pleasure of working alongside Lexie Vuma, Kirita Vorster, Naledi Mabitsi, Declan Fiet, and our BCG partner Steven Lochner. I owe a big thank you to them for making the experience so valuable. It was also a pleasure to meet other students apart of the larger group, and employees at BCG who worked with us.Lastly, I owe a big thank you to the Grow@BCG team who made this program possible, and guided us throughout.
