In today’s high paced lifestyles with the internet being a tool to use for quick and fast decision making it is unfortunate that many people bypass their “advisors” and look solely for answers on the net. Having intimate information on the local market will be important with time to market conditions such as they are today and when the market turns, as they always do, how to best plan for changes.
