Chris is a business improvement specialist with experience in a range of public and private sector organisations. His specialisms include process improvement through the application of lean principles and target operating model (TOM) design. He has worked with numerous government departments and more recently is applying business improvement techniques within the manufacturing sector.Chris brings an analytical mind to solving complex issues. He supports clients identify improvement opportunities and helps them to implement sustained change within their organisations. He is committed to achieving results and providing support to teams tackling major change programmes.Chris is a Prince2 qualified consultant and holds a post graduate diploma in local government management studies. In all his roles he brings this academic grounding to help solve real business issues. Prior to becoming a management consultant Chris began his career as a National Management Trainee (NMT) in local government. Here he gained valuable in-house experience working on a range of projects within a large county council.
